When are they going to come up with a viable standardized interchangeable battery system for cars? That way, you can leave batteries charging in the garage while out & about. And also gas stations chains can offer quick robotic battery interchanges instead of "fill ups". Obviously, the gas station chain you join will need a way of validating the charge capacity of their batteries you give 'em and pro-rating the cost etc.
