I have IPCop running on a 1 gig SF flash card with the CopFilter add on installed. I must recommend that. Basically I have a slient, solid state, stateful packet inspection firewall with AV and anti-spam built in. All for free. Check it out if you have an old box laying around.http://www.ipcop.org/http://www.copfilter.org/
