The American people are finally finished with fundamentalist christians with social agendas like Ron Paul and Huckabee. Neither has a chance of election although Huckabee is garnering more votes than Paul mainly because he is more honest about his agenda.

the prospects of standing against Obama must scare the hell out of McCain, no wonder his is attacking Obama with hopes that the pea-brains in Ohio, Texas and Pensylvania will put Billary back in the lead. What wrong with you OhTePe people? Billary would mean 4 more years of Bush rule (McCain==Bush).

That sounds like McCain as well...Very close to the center, its why no republicans like him and the Democrats hate him. With McCain in office, we would see more bi-partisanship than we have seen in a long time.

Why? Policies are just vapor at this point. Once the rhetoric tries to go through the meatgrinder of congress... you might not even recognize what comes out the other end.Character is what people should vote on... things like voting record, their stances on policy, responses to questions, and how they run their campaign all speaks to the character of the candidate.

You have a good point. Researching voting history is a pretty good indicator of how the politician will behave in the future. My point is still valid, however, that appearances are simply, as you might put it, "vapor".

What are Obama's policies and what are McCain's? And what exactly is the "Democratic agenda" that you would like to see in the White House?

I was referring to Congress, not voting citizens.
