arstechnica.com— In the same week that one senator decried "misguided" technology requirements, four others have revived the broadcast flag for satellite radio. The CEA isn't happy about it.

Recording perfect digital copies of music from satellite radio is wrong. Buy the songs from iTMS, you cheap bastards, and quit complaining that your so called rights are being violated, when in fact it is you who are violating copyright.
I'm a Democrat. And if Joe Biden thinks he could pull this s**t and become President in 2008. He is surely mistaken. I think he should change his decision. If not it would cost him his presidential bid. I'm for one will work in my circles to make sure it doesn't happen. Joe, wtf were you thinking?
this isn't a democrat/republican issue. Don't forget 2 republicans were part of this bill as well. This is about the lobbyists controlling our senators. We need to get these 4 people replaced asap.
Geekee, as the article states, the Audio Home Recording Act of 1992 gives consumers the right to make noncommercial analog and digital copies of broadcasts, so recording satellite radio is not a copyright violation.

Broadcasting is dead. This spells an end to it.

Joseph Biden is not a real Senator. He just plays one on T.V.

Barney the Frank has got Joe tied down to an exclusive long term ball sucking contract. So you my friend, are out of luck.

And another thing. (Since this http://digg.com/politics/Well_Lookie_Here_Paul_Pelosi_Is_Primary_Del_Monte_Investor will never make the front page of Digg) The Speaker of the House, from California is in the pocket of big Tuna. DiFi is in the pocket of the RIAA and the MPAA. I thought things were gonna be different in Washington, now that the Big D machine took over? The Senate is a joke no matter who runs it, and the House is going right back to the way it was before 1994.
