oops. should have added... the php script must provide encryption functionality i.e. I make a local request to my webserver that's running a version of this script that accepts connections from all ports. The local proxy then makes a secure connect (but via port 80 not 443) to the remote script. The remote script makes another secure connection to another another one of my scripts. Etc... Until my final script unencrypts to make the request. The reason why I want a script is basically because everyone supports php, whereas getting some hosting company to run your executable is unlikely in most scenarios.
