I am a new citizen of NC and found Kay Hagan to be one of the most inept politicians I've ever listened to. However, she wasn't half as incapable as the woman who won the Governorship last night, Bev Perdue. Both Democrats who helped NC taxes, special interests, and pork-barrell spending become the highest, most prevalent, and most, in the Southeast. These two people should be extremely gracious for Barack Obama lending them his coattails last night.
psst. Thy said there spaghetti monster was better than yours ! So you should blow up every one that I tell you is saying that =thy said there spaghetti monster was better than yours O.K.?`says the niocon
You'd have a tough time researching Hagan's postion. She hasn't taken a position on either the Iraq War or the bailout(which Dole voted against), among other issues. Actually, come to think of it, she didn't run a single ad telling anyone why she should be Senator. Rather, everyone of her ads focused on the same two bullet points:-Dole voted with Bush 92% of the time (which was false, the actual number was ~85%)-Dole is ranked 93 in effictiveness. After an entire campaign of negative ads, Hagan wins after her opponent runs a single bad one.
No, Dole got kicked out because she was useless. She's ranked something like 93rd in effectiveness and the only time she was actually in the state was while driving her white town car south on I95. If she worked in industry she wouldn't have made it through her probationary period with that performance. Good riddance to her.
I remember the good old days when you could at least respect her for her work with the Red Cross. I'm sure even far-right Republicans were pissed with her track record of do-nothing! What happened to Liddy Dole?
