Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.), the just-departed chairman of the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, declared Sunday that Al Franken has won the Minnesota Senate recount against Sen. I agree, revote and let Soros put billions into getting Franken a larger majority. Although somehow I assume thats not the result you wanted.

Pawlenty has no power over the committee. Only the democratic Secretary of State, Mark Ritchie, has the power to say which vote is which. Did you read the WSJ article?

And the guy at the 7-11 certifies Coleman the winner. What possible status does Schumer have to "certify" anyone in the Minnesota senate race the winner? Is Schumer now chief certifier for the Senate? Have we forgotten that, under Minnesota law, there are three steps in this process? We have gone through two steps, now Coleman has invoked the third one. After the review by the judicial panel, then we can "certify" a winner. Not before.

what an intelligent comment.

# Certain precincts reported more votes than ballots.# There were ballots found during the recount that were not included in the election night tally.# Canvassing Board members – Secretary of State Mark Ritchie, two Supreme Court justices and two district court judges – ruled inconsistently on votes challenged by the campaigns.# Some votes were counted twice while others that should have been counted were excluded from the tally.# Some who cast ballots were not eligible to vote. Sounds like ACORN did the recount...........
