I've been thinking about this...Ok, what if we attacked Iran in October (which many predict)? What would be one of many options for Iran which is a Shia country? Attack Iraq? Isn't Iraq 60-70% shia too? If Iran attacks us in Iraq (and they don't have a small army), would it be possible that Iraqi's shia would take up arms with the Iranians? Would our 130,000 troops there be able to defend themselves? I would also foresee mass genocide of the Sunni...where would the Kurds play into this? Do the Iranians fight them too or declare a truce with them so as to have less enemies... all of this is f'ing scary...Now that I think about it, an Iranian or Shia empire is a long shot, but possible...

Highly inaccurate, totally speculative re. ancient history, politically biased. Buried.

This seems to miss American Neo-colonialism. We've muddied the water in a lot of ways, but, we still control the whole region with companies, diplomacy and the threat (and sometimes use) of force. Also, where the F* were the Philistines and the Chaldeans?

I liked "6.000 Pottery" best.

Lazy map. They should have at least tried to show more than one kingdom at the same time.
