I never understood why the religious even consider this an argument. If they have to resort to saying "You're just as bad as us!" as a powerful retort, that's hardly casting them in a good light! Great article. Another tactic they have started using is the term “militant atheists”, obviously in a bid to inspire more fear and hatred of rational people. Apparently if atheists speak up, write articles or publish books we are militant!! An Australian archbishop recently had an article in the newspaper asking Christian schools to strengthen their religious teaching to fight against moral decline. Among the evils children face are Darwinism, homosexuality and militant atheists! Obviously writing a book is as bad as flying a plane into a building.
