No, it's really not. The Simpsons has long past the point of awfulness where you could say they're still better than most crap.The Simpsons is JUST AS BAD as 90% of the crap on TV. I see no difference between the Simpsons and something like Two and a Half Men. Humorless, lazy, and lacking any intelligence or wit whatsoever.If you want an animated show that's managed to remain funny for 10+ seasons, South Park is the way to go.
No, I'm guessing your experience was shared by the other droves of posers who love nothing more than to whine and bitch about how awful the show is, which they know somehow despite loudly proclaiming to have stopped watching years ago.
