It's one of the hardest things to get an organization to universally adopt - "Social media is as much a philosophy as it is a series of tools and technologies." Many organizations are consumed with buzzwords and forget the objective. Social media isn't as much the platform you use (Facebook, Twitter, et. al), but about recognizing the potential of the tool to better serve the customers and clients. It's a breath of fresh air to see a well-known company actually recognize it and adopt the philosophy organization-wide.
