Until they started releasing OS software: Google Earth, Google Talk etc. It's a bit hard to do that if you're not running Windows or OSX.

MS dogfoods -- they just need enterprise-level solutions. Their version control is not. They also don't use Office Accounting to run payroll.They do dogfood betas of exchange, word, etc, though.
