@arctic: Although copyright infringement is wrong, it isn't theft. If you steal a plasma TV, the store from which it was stolen cannot sell that TV to another customer. Please tell me how many copies of Photoshop are not available for Adobe to sell if someone uses it without a license. Thanks.
To change the mouse speed in Windows XP: Start>Conrtol Panel>Mouse>Pointer Options tab. Move slider settings to two , three points faster - this can increase the appearance of the mouse's pointer speed on your screen. Make sure 'Enhance pointer precision' is check.

Interface is really customizable now.And theres no need to use Photoshop Interface Assistant anymore. ;)
