Honestly no, I don't spend that much time thinking about them... But then I don't spend much time thinking about what a lot of strange and reportedly abusive sub-cultures are doing... I don't like their tactics from what I have heard. I think they are misguided. So far. I have not seen a unbiased report from a creditable journalistic source that made me think they were more evil than say, the CEO of Nike. If you feel I have missed something... please point me to a story from a national newspaper or a long standing news service. We have a underground indentured servitude problem in the US that borders on slavery. We have cooperations that make shoes with child labor. We have people being mutilated and worked to death so that we can wear diamonds. Most americans think we are entrenched in an illegal war. Hell we have tons of other cults and wacky militias! We even have secret organizations that have bizarre rituals, wear fezzes, and drive tiny cars in parades!Beyond those things you mentioned, I think I understand what it is that pisses people off about them so much... Its the use of technology to advance a religion... Rodenbury vs. Hubbard if you will, its offensive to me as well. Then there is the brutal use of copywrite law to hide their true nature. Suing and and threatening to ruin the lives of those who try to defy them. I get it. But maybe its because I was abused as a kid, had my self respect ripped from me, and managed to overcome it. Maybe its because when I was young I lived through a time when a huge enemy had atomic death pointed at my head because I lived in a place surrounded by 18 Titian II missile silos. Maybe its because I was really poor for a long time... but these guys just do not scare me... at all.They are clowns and to take them seriously enough to want to do them harm is giving them more respect than they deserve.

A 39 year old who was happy, and everyone in his life said he was a happy guy. Let me tell you something, you would have to be a f**k*** retard to think this guy wasn't murdered. It's just a shame that there isn't an outcry for a real investigation over something like this.
