Explain exactly what they are "doing for me"?Are they protecting my freedom? Have they kept me from being killed by the Iraqis? Was I even in grave danger before? It tragic that people still fall for this "support the troops" bulls**t - even they are vehemently against the war.
Ok, you have experience? Now what does that translate to in terms of insight in to this particular situation. The way I see it 9/11 occurred because of our cold war policies towards Russia. We've used the Middle East as our playground in our struggle with Russia and the world in general for the last 90+ years. How is 9/11 or Saddam's reign or the current climate of Iran not a direct result of our policies in the Middle East? You say "I have experience, trust me". Sorry, that doesn't mean s**t to me. What matters to me is information. So please show me how I'm misinformed.
I still don't understand what the "mission" in Iraq is... They surely don't have any weapons of mass destruction and Saddam is long gone. They seem to have working democracy, so what in the two seas of Azeroth are they still doing there. Sorry but people are dying for no reason and USA don't need to be the World Police. I'm just sad for all families who lost someone and wish all this war could end some day.

Except this time we aren't going to quit and leave all the millions of people on our side to be slaughtered, like we did last time.
