newsroom.mtv.com — In this interview, Palin calls controversial Republican presidential hopeful Ron Paul “cool.” “He’s a good guy,” she added. “He’s so independent. He’s independent of the party machine. I’m like, ‘Right on, so am I.’ ”

I'm die-hard RP but I have to agree. Maybe someone like Jesse Ventura. Maybe someone completely fresh. This seems to be the reasoning behind the campaign for liberty. Build up the momentum we have gained and use it to push forward, maybe even as a new party.

So if someone gave me a chance at VP (I am a Ron Paul supporter) I would take it. The best way to influence the machine is from within it. I trust her to do the same. I am considering voting for her as we know McCain is a follower and she is a LEADER, so with that said, we know who would be running the show. This is one step closer for our agenda for America and gives me some hope at the poles. What do you think? I am rooting for her big time! She has never been called a sell-out by any means, so we know there is hope with her, that is something we can hang on to. GO Sarah!

I am a Ron Paul supporter who wishes she was on the top of the ticket. I like her. Anyone know what is her view on the Patriot Act?

Damn, now I feel like an ass because I used the wrong word in other posts! Thanks for the clarification.By the way, after her RNC speech, I'm inclined to side with Robjayne.
