thinkprogress.org — With the choice of Gov. Sarah Palin (R-AK) as his running mate, Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) is not backing down from oil drilling. ?I beg to disagree with any candidate who would say we can?t drill our way out of our problem,? she says. She supports more drilling in protected areas of the Outer Continental Shelf and the Alaska Natural Wildlife Refuge.

I didn't say they get equal amounts of stuff dugg. I said they get their stuff dugg. The things that end up on the front page are the things that people digg. If you don't like the results, then you don't like the demographics of digg, so I guess you're gonna have to leave. If this is garbage that doesn't deserve to be here, why do you act sad that it's gone when you filter it?

Wow, another partisan Kach attack from the HuffPost. Funny, do they not know that she pased a high scalable severence tax on the Oil and Gas Industry, and that it was so productive (brought in so much money) that she gave back to Families in Alaska a Rebate of 1,200 dollars? So effective that September First a roll back on Fuel Taxes will go away thus passing that onto the consumer directly for a year.

I always hear about the Republican attack machine. I guess I was never tapped into the right sources. But since spending time on Digg, I can at least appreciate what the Democratic attack machine is doing. If Republicans are doing elsewhere what the Democrats are doing on Digg, then Republicans are jerks.

maybe her involvement in that abuse of power scandal shouldn't go unmentioned:<a class="user" href="http://digg.com/2008_us_elections/An_Alaskan_s_Perspective_on_Sarah_Palin">http://digg.com/2008_us_elections/An_Alaskan_s_Per ...</a>

ThatCreepyGuy: Or more importantly why is Alaska the only state to give out an oil dividend? That is really the point I would like to make. They at least understood that their natural resources belonged to them.
