Good point, however I can also see the position where if you start having to include routines that really are part of the realm of the OS rather than the application space - then you can easily find yourself in a culpable position if any of those routines expose other holes that could also be used as attack vectors...

"OS intergration sucks in opera - it feels clunky and foreign on every platform I've tried it on..."When shared-qt4 builds will be out (and that will be soon) , then on Linux you could make Opera's menus look like you wish...I haven't tried Opera on a mac, but I can't see what is strange in Opera for Windows...

I wonder 2 things.1) Why isn't this fixed, especially with a hotfix on windows version?2) What the hell are antivirus vendors on BOTH platforms are doing? They claim heuristics yes? An .exe file pops up on Desktop, not enough to trigger heuristics?!
