It is turned on by default as of XP service pack 2. Or maybe SP1. I forget.

Tried it, thought it was okay. Closed Safari causing a BSOD. Uninstalled it....all in a matter of 45 minutes.

Firefox 3 is way better. And now we are being forced to put Safari on our PC's via "Apple Software Update"!
