so how do you know if it runs faster?

Just like Steve Jobs said.. So that anyone can develop for the iPhone if they have the Safari engine.

I'm with both you guys. How can it even be compared? Safari is version 3.0.2 because it acts like it was designed for Windows 3.1. FF is prettier, snappier, easier, more options, better bookmarking options, PLUG-INS, should I go on? iTunes is so damn slow I have a quad-core with 2gb RAM - what the hell is it doing every time I load it that it takes so long? I'm not even going to start on QuickTime. I'll get buried for this but Apple software sucks. It's slow, ugly and they give you NO options. Designed for kids and not adults.

Doesn't link correctly to torrent files :-(

the proper term is "snappier".

Another proof that we (Apple users) need some actual media instead of professional fanboys or straight Apple/end user haters. Something in middle of both.I was afraid of what I heard for Windows version from "Apple/end user haters" and refused to install it (first 3.x) to my ordinary machine. I was angry at myself for being paranoid and noob for thinking a windows exploit can work on a complete alien/unique OS (X) but see what happened.Who told these issues before Apple actually released non exploitable (?) Safari 3? None. They are busy posting some digg friendly stories about iPhone with same content over and over.Apple needs some actual media which DOES what other professional publications does.
