dailymail.co.uk — Saddam Hussein offered to step down and go into exile one month before the invasion of Iraq. All Iraq needs now is to be left alone. Who are we to deny them a civil war? America takes so much pride in their history. First, thousands were killed liberating the country from oppressive imperialists (sounds familiar)... then tens of thousands were killed in a civil war that "settled" the country. And America is so proud of all of this, but we can't have civil war in Iraq. God forbid. Why do we care? That's right, you know the answer... Oil.

Sometimes I wonder if we shouldn't have hung Saddam.........I mean, compare him to bush and they're about even on the scale of needless killing and terrorism. I wonder if it'll take another 20 years before bush is tried for his crimes.

Here is the spanish article for today's video or the spokesperson dodging the question of the report's accuracy. Funny there's no mention of a barter for money. Does anyone have the actual transcript ?
