@OdinThor"The political parties hijacked these issues from people so that if you are Republican you are Pro-Life and Pro-Capital Punishment and if you are Democrat you are Pro-Choice and Anti-Death Penalty."This is something I whine about regularly, except that it doesn't end with the death penalty and abortion.People make all sorts of assumptions about me based on unrelated opinions I have, even if they're logically contradictory, simply because they're used to party platforms.I consider it further evidence of how the two parties use the people against each other. Sometimes I want to stand in the middle of a crowded intersection like one of those crazy people and yell into a bullhorn, "Don't hate me because I believe in the Second Amendment, I have other things in common with you!"
I don't think they should kill him. That sick f**k should rot in a prison for the rest of his life that is a more fitting punishment. Executions are something that should halve gone the way of the middle ages.
It was a circus because he knew he was guilty, and that there was no point in trying to actually win his case. So, all he did was throw tantrums and delay the proceedings as much as he could. As for Ramsey Clark, I've just got to say that it's tragic to see what the man has sunk to.-jcr
