I have been trying to find a program to convert my Itunes videos for a while now. This program didn't recognize the .m4v files so my guess is no it won't work. I don't know if a program exists that will convert the .m4v format, but if I am mistaken please someone point out my folly.

.m4v is a MPEG-4 video file. The official extention for MPEG-4 is .mp4. Try renaming the file with the official extention, this is what I have to do to get them to play on my Xbox Media Center. Media Coder supports .mp4 files, give that a try. Also try serching for an MPEG-4 video converter. I hope this helps, or at least gets you started in the right direction.

now you should bury this as it points to a site that doesnt offer any downloads. Its Alexa rating bar is half full (I guess just from this Digg post), but it doesnt offer anything but some encoding info and BidVertizer Ads on the top. Now how LAME is that?
