seeya.at — STOP DARTH WEINSTEIN is a grassroots movement founded by a consortium of angry Star Wars fans who don't want to see FANBOYS, the first and only feature film about Star Wars fans, ruined by a greedy movie studio who has no respect for its target audience!

This happened with Ready to Rumble, the David Arquette movie about wrestling. Who were the target audience? Wrestling fans. How did the movie portray wrestling fans? As redneck simpletons who think wrestling is all real. I tell you those Hollywood execs, they know their stuff, not like in the old days, back then they were just dopes in suits.

Well Brill brings up a pretty good point. They haven't seen it. They haven't even seen a trailer for it so how can they be this worked up already. I could understand if they had seen it and collectively decided it suck , but so far this just smacks of people with waaay too much time on their hands.

I was pissed when they changed Spider-Man's webbing to be organic but I didn't go out and picket the movie either.

Well, thank you, NenDaiKi, for the unwarranted spoiler. Some of us who also have not seen a screening may not want to know the original ending. Now I suppose it is too late.Does this mean I ought to side with Darth Weinstein in the hopes that the film contains an ending THAT I DON'T KNOW?!
