Not a spy, just an entrepreneurial Russian. My parents go back to visit Russia quite a bit, and always try to pick up something in the U.S. that can be re-sold in there for more. They're calling her a spy because in her case, she just happened to pick up night-vision goggles (available online) and they were on some obscure munitions list of things you're not supposed to take out of the country.
How often do you check all government regulations for every single item you carry when flying internationally?
Exactly! I always bring laptops and s**t when I go back. The tech stuff is very expensive over there and selling it often finances my trips. This is stupid. Poor devochka!
