Thats why Rush sits behind a radio show and blabs on, he is qualified to do nothing. What I find very interesting is that Rush fans apparently are unable to recognize his blatant lack of respect for democracy and our voting process. By his own design and admission in pursuing "Operation Chaos" Rush Limbaugh was advocating and promoting tampering with our democracy. How on earth does that serve the United States? Answer - it doesn't it serves Rush Limbaugh's ratings. Obviously, that (and his penchant for prescription drugs) are the only things that matter to him. To those still listening to Rush - do your country a favor, turn him off. I'm quite certain that there are legitimate conservative voices that those on the right can turn to.
