I just love how people seem to think that they are the only: educated, healthy, good looking, people with a real social life, when they post here. How many comments have you read that say things like "only on dig" like everyone here execpt the poster has no clue about what is being talked about... kind of like my post.. oops

This is great, for people who havent ran in a while too. I used to run a lot and am getting back into shape. it is tough.
