Sure, if you don't mind sacrificing your knees or feet.Any kind of aerobic activity for your heart will improve circulation, heart health, breathing, etc., etc., that is not news. But running is not good for your joints.(Yeah, yeah, there are things you can do to help that, it's all the running shoes' fault, blah, blah. I'm just saying.)You better be joking.. Running on a regular basis will improve the muscles surrounding your joints, making your joints stronger..
