You used the one MS sent back to you, I bought another one, and gave the replacement one to my friend. So he can play my content on his 360, the one MS replaced for my RRoD, but I can't play that content that I paid for on my new, different console. Even though The console is registered in my name and the only gamertag that uses it is mine. Nothing is wrong with my new 360, what the problem is here is the DRM that MS puts on the content you download from the marketplace.

We can know for sure by going on Microsoft's history a lot of these "updates" won't actually be carried out. Although it would be awesome if they were, but how big an update/download would this be if they were all carried out :|.
