f**k the mass media. Soldiers and Iraqi citizens are still dying, thousands are dying of starvation, every city on the coastline is going to get boned by global warming if we don't _do_ something, and all the media can do is gossip about RUMORS of offical's sexual habits?!
hmm... Maybe my above comment is wrong. I've found different definitions in several different places.Wait... Why the hell do I keep searching for this stuff? Well, I'm only 20. That's not as bad as if I was 40 or 50 and querying this stuff, right? RIGHT? =P
@JohnnycashakI don't think that ever stopped Fox news from making many of their "claims" or any of the right-wingers who "claimed" that the Dems somehow was responsible for the Foley scandal, but when asked by Wolf Blitzer if they had any proof, they responded by asking Wolf if he had any evidence that they didn't have the info. Wow-what has this country gone to?"Err...i think he killed that guy""Do you have any evidence that he did?""Err...do you have any evidence that he didn't?"<a class="user" href="http://youtube.com/watch?v=BPGrfRMvjMw">http://youtube.com/watch?v=BPGrfRMvjMw</a>
The Criminal Code does not now criminalize consensual sexual activity with or between persons 14 or over, unless it takes place in a relationship of trust or dependency, in which case sexual activity with persons over 14 but under 18 can constitute an offence, notwithstanding their consent. Even consensual activity with those under 14 but over 12 may not be an offence if the accused is under 16 and less than two years older than the complainant. The exception, of course, is anal intercourse, to which unmarried persons under 18 cannot legally consent, although both the Ontario Court of Appeal(3) and the Quebec Court of Appeal(4) have struck down the relevant section of the Criminal Code.In other words, yes, the legal age in Canada is 14, with some exceptions. I wouldn't do anal, if you're planning to get caught. But this might be changed in the near future.
