That's because in Europe they believe in preventative care and usually that doesn't let you get that obese. And why would you pay for someone who purposely makes themselves un-healthy?

That's exactly my point, why would you pay for someone else. It doesn't make sense. I understand that health-care should be made easier, but that shouldn't be the federal government's job to do it. Plus I don't understand why it takes up so much money to make cheaper health care. If the government would get out of the way and allow things to run their natural course in the free market, health care would be cheaper. Point in case, Wal-mart. They have magically figured out how to make subscriptions $10. Why can't our government do that?
