I was at the game on Monday, it sounded like he got a ton of applause. He was put on the monitor more then once in order to start cheering. This 1 section may have booed him, however as a whole he was cheered...
I wasn't there on Monday, but I was most definitely there on Sunday. During the singing of "God Bless America" (which they do at every game, FYI) they showed Rudy on the big screen and everyone started cheering and going nuts. Rudy gave a big smile and that was it. Yankee fans are not booing him. Sorry but this is BS. I saw them cheer the hell out of him on Sunday 10/7/07.

You're not a New Yorker I guess...:PHRC made it a touchstone in her 2000 campaign that she was a lifelong Yankee fan. Uh...right.

Good thing they didn't ask him to toss in the first ball - it'd likely be an "underhanded"pitch - sort of like those drag queens do. Ya think?
