dailymotion.com — Despite the protests of the victims' families as well as many scientists and engineers, Rudy Giuliani's administration worked hand in hand with the Bush Administration to immediately ship the 200 thousand tons of twisted, melted, demolished World Trade Center steel off to India and China as scrap metal before anyone had a chance to analyze it.

Yes, leaving 20,000 tons of steel sitting around in the middle of a major city is a brilliant idea. So is letting the fire burn, and the survivors stay trapped. Not. Seriously, what do you expect them to do? Put a giant curtian around it and say 'Move along people, nothing to see' ?

No, you move it to an empty warehouse. It ain't rocket science dude.

noonebutme, the steel should have been examined for explosives before it was shipped off to foreign lands and melted down. And no one is suggesting that fires should have been left to burn, or that survivors should have remained "trapped". Your argument is weak.

or you send it over to Staten Island where alot of the debris were sent. My brother in-la is a cop and he spent quite a few weeks searching through the rubble at the dump.
