i dont think you can become a billionaire unless you have some kind of monopoly on the market, kind of like walmart and microsoft, maybe he squashed a lot of small businessmen on the way up to do it.
I posted this elsewhere, but here it is just for you:5. an outcome of events contrary to what was, or might have been, expected. It still fits. He was the CEO of a roofing company. That's why it wasn't expected for him to fall through in his own house. If he was one of the workers, it wouldn't be ironic. Why are we discussing this anyways?
