maybe i'm in a polyanna mood today, but i think it's getting dugg down b/c rp & the views he espouses for freedom & liberty are indeed catching on & growing in numbers -- leaving fewer diehard supporters in both the mccain & obama camps.so honestly, i think it has less to do w/socialist progressives & far more to do w/the fact that rp gave a backhanded compliment to both of the candidates on their solutions to fix the ecomony, saying "it's tough to find the good part of [either mccain or obama]" followed by "but how can we trust either of them" based on their rush to pass the bailout (something both candidates squirm over as they attempt to justify their support of it). and to top it all off, rp throws in a tasty little nugget that i found quite satisfying, saying "even w/all the shortcomings of john mccain . . . . the american people are [not going to be better off] w/no restraints whatsoever . . . THAT'S A POOR ARGUMENT FOR MCCAIN, BUT..." in response to the question over the democrat trifecta in congress if obama is elected w/a dem majority in both houses & how that would leave the govt w/o any checks on itself.if anything, the digg losses are just thinly veiled attempts to hush the truth - that whether it's obama or mccain, the real loser of this election year is every single american citizen. worse yet, the truth is coming from a guy that they all know doesn't have a dishonest bone in his body.
yeah - this thread is acting VERY strange.Have you noticed that not even ONE comment has a single bury?Even the very first comment is showing +63 / -0That's not even normal in a thread where everybody agrees with each other.

The Bankers don't want any independent President. They want full control. Ron Paul endorsed Chuck Baldwin.
