ronpaul2008.typepad.com— The New York Times will run an extensive article about Congressman Ron Paul in its Sunday Magazine this weekend, July 22.

I think I will reserve my Digg until I read the article. Can we really expect The Times to say anything that is fair and balanced? I pray that this will be the case
Completely agree that this is indeed insidious journalism... because it attacks not so much Ron Paul, but rather the sleeping mass of Americans. That group which faintly hears the alarm bell which Liberty is ringing before full on slavery of the mind and spirit, and along comes articles like Christopher Caldwell's, with subtle and not too subtle attempts at marginalizing, dismissing, and ridiculing Ron Paul's campaign along with some choice principles, and finally wrapping the article up at various points with some polarization such as Ron Paul; Noble, affable, principled, etc. The message Caldwell sends is basically, "Go back to sleep, nothing of interest here...move along". This guy is a professional propagandist for the state whether he is conscious of it or not. I weep for all my sleeping brothers and sisters that are under the mental tyranny of these 'magicians' who are leading the masses off the mountain of freedom, over the cliffs of forgetfulness, to descend to the depths of tyranny. Ron Paul is the cure for the cancer which is eating away at the very fabric of our once Free Republic. Will the masses wake up in time to use it?
