campaignforliberty.com — With the great losses suffered by the GOP last night, it is time for new leadership to arise within the party. Ron Paul is the only member of Congress that can bring a new face to the party and a renewed energy to the Republican base.

Given the fact that he has accomplished nothing as a Congressman this idea would be poorly received by the party..There are many influential Republican Congressman well qualified for the job !

Ron Paul for the long haul.Imagine, having GOP leadership that was committed to following the Constitution; what a concept!

I'm behind Ron Paul 100%. I think he would be a terrific GOP minority leader.

Ron Paul is a man we can all trust to be consistent in wisdom, integrity, and in his commitment to the Constitution.

The GOP is worried about the future because of it's pitiful performance for the last eight years. This would go a long way to rebuild peoples faith.

With the Republicans taking so many steps backwards that it's practically running in the opposite direction, of course it would appear that Ron Paul's consistent and methodical pace forward is going to look like a snail's pace as a result.

Ron Paul has the ability and wisdom and integrity to be the leader in the House. Perhaps if he is the minority leader the party can survive. If they fail to utilize this opportunity they deserve more losses that will surely come. Today the only man in DC I trust is Ron Paul. He has been a consistent patriot and statesman and is unsurpassed in integrity and ability.

Ron Paul and his "victory last/blame America first" position sucks. He is fundamentally ignorant of Islam, of terrorism, and of foreign policy in general. He should be thrown out of office for treason (aiding and abetting the enemy in a time of war).
