politico.com — Look! Up in the sky: It’s a bird. It’s a plane. It’s ... Ron Paul? If a whimsical publicity stunt goes as planned, a blimp hyping the long-shot Republican presidential campaign of the Texas congressman will launch next week.

Hot air? It's a blimp not a hot air balloon. Go find out the difference between them and how they work, and realize how ignorant you sound.

i know a blimp just reeks of desperation.Whenever I see that Goodyear blimp I think "Damn they must be doing real bad to have to advertise for people to buy their products"But I see what you mean...your candidates don't have to advertise since they are on TV being pimped 24/7

Makes you wonder what he would've done if he could tell wish new borns were going to become gay. I'm betting he would refuse to deliver and allow the mother and child to die. He's a typical religious fanatic who wants to establish 50 state theocracies to replace the current constitution. Vote no to this loony.

I like this about the FEC Disclosure reports required for donations; "automatically produce independent expenditure forms for customers to print, sign and mail, ... “word has gotten out that this is going to bury the FEC in paperwork for the cost of stamp.”

To reply to some comments here: It is not full of "hot air" it uses helium, mr.smartypants. 2nd - This is better "airtime" then Fox would of given him had they not excluded him from the debates. Ron beat Rudy G nearly 3 - 2 -1 in votes in Iowa, and has about 17 million more in campaign funds then Rudy. ( Rudy will be broke after NH) Besides what other candidate has a blimp funded entirely by supporters? Anyway - for the very reasons Fox News Corp. ( it's owners) didn't want Ron Paul getting out his message - is exactly WHY we need him as our next president. Go Ron Paul!
