pledgebank.com — If you think Ron Paul has a chance to win the 2008 elections then by Nov. 2008 he will need over 60 million votes. So he better start getting at least 1 million people now to pledge to donate $100, but only id 1,000,000 other people do it through the link Pledge Bank pledge. Hence the publicity and the power of collecting $100 million.

I am sorry, but who is going to be motivated enough to give $100 FIRST before you give $100? Normally how these things work is some one pledges to match a certain percentage of every donation. You are pledging to match $0.0001 for every dollar someone contributes to Ron Paul... thanks, but no thanks.

I like this idea a little better. We only had about 20,000 new donators including myself last quarter. How can we get 1 mill?

It's an OK idea, but asking the average American for $100 for anything short of cable TV may be difficult. I'd say, try to send just $20 a month until January. That might be easier for most people.
