suntimes.com — Censorship on the left was handled by CNN, keeping Mike Gravel out the democratic debates after his iconoclastic performance in the first democratic debate. Now it appears Fox News will be filtering the opinions of those that dissent from Republican dogma, by choosing who may compete in the May 15th Republican debate.

He'd better not be banned, I've been looking forward to seeing Ron Paul in a debate like this for almost a month.

How DARE they remove the non-Republican from the Republican debate...(Yes, I know he has an 'R' after his name...but he's a Libertarian, and they have their own party for a reason.)

The MSNBC one that includes Ron Paul is this week. Nancy Reagan personally invited him. Hopefully we can get him into the Fox one too, though they'll do anything to keep him out...

If Barry Goldwater was a Republican, Ron Paul is a Republican. Back then, of course, a lot of the current GOP candidates would have been Democrats, if the Democrats would have even let them in.

If you analyze it I believe the very heart and soul of conservatism is libertarianism. I think conservatism is really a misnomer just as liberalism is a misnomer for the liberals -- if we were back in the days of the Revolution, so-called conservatives today would be the Liberals and the liberals would be the Tories. The basis of conservatism is a desire for less government interference or less centralized authority or more individual freedom and this is a pretty general description also of what libertarianism is.-Ronald Reagan(I guess he was a non-Republican too)

Guys word on the street is he's actually invited. Not sure if it had anything to do with feedback but he's good to go for May 15th.
