This is probably the only time that I wished that I lived in California! In Kentucky a candidate must declare that they are running for a position for a write-in ballot to be counted. Otherwise they throw your whole ballot out. Talk about democracy in action!
LOL...Well, I'm still undecided between Chuck Baldwin and Ron Paul, so I'm holding onto my mail-in ballot and will submit it Nov. 4 to my polling place.
