dailykos.com — Ron Paul in 1992: "I think we can safely assume that 95% of the black males in that city [Washington DC] are semi-criminal or entirely criminal...we are constantly told that it is evil to be afraid of black men, but it is hardly irrational." Well, there goes my support for Ron Paul...

@noahhoward:I don't want to jump in on Herkimer's parade, but since you're so dedicated to detail and fairness why don't you pick up on a discussion several other RP supports have run from, regarding one of my favorite pieces of legislation, RP's "Comprehensive" health care bill? It's a great read. He gives what could be billions of dollars away directly to the insurance industry and then doesn't come with any way to pay for it. Pure genius. The nice thing is that a lot of your work is done for you, all you need to do is read the discussion on digg that I've linked to below, and start right in.Please read the whole thing though, I wouldn't want you trying to make a point that was already addressed and then bailing out just like your comrades. The link follows. I look forward to your well-informed and detailed response.http://tinyurl.com/yvpmw6

I know it because it's totally against everything he believes! He's against the drug war, the most racist thing ever. Herkimer56: GO AWAY! You just troll Ron Paul posts and bash him and you don't get it at all. Get a life, loser. You will never convince anyone ever.

Yes, but how do you distinguish between the two especially when the perpetrator and victim say two different things?

People need to learn the difference between what the Government considers criminal and what Ron considers criminal. If a Black man in DC gets caught with a joint, he's arrested and prosecuted making him a criminal by our Government's standards. So Ron is correct if he uses our Goverenments standards. But to Ron, they should have never been arrested in the first place, never being prosecuted, which means he wouldn't be a criminal.People tend to find hatred in anything they read to further there own cause.
