claudiareiher.blogspot.com— Ron Paul now ahead of all presidential candidates in both parties: As of 9:59 this morning he surpassed B. Hussein Obama, to take the top post on YouTube. Go. Ron. Paul.

Go Ron Paul you have my vote and support. (To the poster: Don't try to smear Obama by placing Hussein next to his name. Ron Paul would never approve.) Clearly, the media act as though it is perfectly fine for them to pick the short list from which the voters may select a President. After almost never letting the name of Ron Paul into their coverage, his appearance in the debates has grabbed plenty of supporters. Why Ron Paul hit a responsive nerve with the audience is simple. His message of a humble government adhering to the limits placed on it by the Constitution has been ban from the media for at least 25 years. The Big Bucks ($) flowing to the media from special interest via the campaigns of the "Viable, Leading, Front Runner, etc. Candidates" are from special interest. This money nominally purchases commercials, but it has been increasingly evident to astute observers that it actually buys favorable treatment on their news and entertainment shows. It also buys a virtual blackout of all candidates unwilling to sellout to special interest. We should understand that the Orwellian thought control practiced by the media on their viewers for the benefit of special interest is impossible if their viewers catch on to how they are being suckered.
lessgov:>(To the poster: Don't try to smear Obama by placing Hussein next to his name. Ron Paul would never approve.) Are you sure? Ron Paul's never been big on black people. You could see it in his survivalist newsletter that hit the Internet that he STILL refuses to release any issues of from ANY time period!
My brother and I like to make a game of pointing to people on the television and yelling out racist... in jest of course. But it goes to serve a point that people, however valid their positions may be, can be instantly overlooked if you call them a racist. bigdavediode, your obsession with racism is getting tired, sir. The Ron Paul newsletter issue has already been explained to you. Your comments have crossed the threshold into spam to me as you post this same issue every chance you get.I wouldn't mind discussing any of the other issues relevant to the election and state of the union. Do you have a pony in this race?
I'm not sure where you saw the word "racist" in my post. I think you may be reading way too much into it. The Nazi reference was clearly (as in marked as such) making fun of your user-name in a similarly stupid and blatantly false manner. I was illustrating the effect a bit closer to home.To be perfectly clear, I don't think you're a racist. I think you're using the "Hussein" thing to smear Obama, intentionally or not, but certainly unnecessarily, with some vague connection to Saddam Hussein or to Islam in general. That's what I want to stop -- the subtle smear, for whatever reason. My point is, again, if you want to criticize him, do it about things he has some control over.

P.S. Bush's "Have-mores" for example. I did not consider that funny, when I personally see all of the have-lesses.
