the constitution originally prohibited a direct tax. the income tax came at the same time as the federal reserve to pay for the interest that the private banks (the federal reserve) charge us to print us our own money.since writing this I have thought more about Internet Regulation. I agree that regulating the internet is dangerous. How about we leave it be, and if companies start filtering content we sue them for violating free speech? (i'm not sure of the legality of this, if it isn't possible we need to make it possible).Also I'm learning about Corporations and how they have rights as humans, this needs to change and they need to go back to having privileges just like government and religion. the only things with rights should be humans. there was a court case with the railroad barrons that hijacked this and illegally changed the verdict through the court reporter who was a previous president of a railroad. this happened in the 1880's'. Thom Hartmann talks about this.If we had money backed by a physical asset, money couldn't be printed out of thin air. we couldn't wage endless wars. government and economic growth would be sustainable. regarding trade, if we had balanced trade there wouldn't be a problem with the money supply. right now we have a trade imbalance with china/japan/germany/etc, so we print more money to give to them and our dollar is collapsing because of it.Inflation drives up the price of labor, therefore Inflation does have something to do with jobs leaving to other countries where their wages and cost of living are much lower. Since the fed has taken over, the dollar is worth .04 compared to $1.00 in 1913.
