americablog.blogspot.com — The GOP presidential candidates have begun to weigh in on Ann Coulter's outrageously bigoted comments yesterday at the largest conservative conference of the year. Romney and McCain have repudiated Coulter for calling John Edwards a "gentlemen," but where are Rudy, Huckabee, Tancredo, Brownback and Hunter?

Actually, you've just pointed out Coulter's point - that liberals are hypocritical about tolerance. For the sake of brevity, I've already pointed out what Coulter was alluding to when she made that comment, that comment is here:http://digg.com/2008_us_elections/Romney_McCain_campaigns_attack_Coulter_for_calling_John_Edwards_gentlemen#c5526653

I notice that not one of the Coulter-phobes actually presents the quote where Ann calls Edwards-the-Nancy-Boy-Ambulance-Chaser a gentlemen. It would expose their idiocy, I suppose.

You lib Coulter-bashers, who normally scream about "tolerance", are being very intolerant of Ann's intolerance. Or, is it that we're only supposed to be tolerant of the people that liberals tolerate, like welfare moms, fags, trannies, teen crack-whores and illegal aliens? Make up your poor, under-worked little minds, libs!

there's a big difference between tolerance of something and "tolerance" of an attack on something.

I'm all for Republicans disowning Ann Aoulter. It's time for Republicans to take back their party from the right-wing nutjobs. The Republicans and Democrats both need to shift to the left in order to restore balance to the force...

No kidding, though I'd prefer if Democrats shifted toward the middle, though right wing nutjobs are the bigger problem. I love how anyone who doesn't support Bush loves terrorism. When people starting talking about Patriotism and pretending their side is the only patriotic side, it just shows how little substance they have to support their arguement. It's kind of funny, a man who used didn't even serve in the army (hiding away in the Air Nationaly Guard doesn't count (not that there's anything wrong with the National Guard, it's just a fact that Bush never saw active duty in Vietnam)) uses patriotism as a reason to vote for him.

Who cares if they denounce her or not, she is NOT an ELECTED official. Nobody should feel obligated to denounce her. She is what she is, just like Michael Moore. You know what you are getting with these types.

@nagstakuWhich countries are those? Do you mean German which decided a fetus is living being? Or most of the common law countries that believe a fetus is a life in being for will purposes? What are you talking about Willis?
