If Rock Band does the same thing, I assume there won't be any issue with compatibility between guitars on Rock Band and Guitar Hero like there is on the PS3.

yes. Not impressed. Like i said, i have been playing FPS on computer for years and nothing tops the control of the PC. However the next best thing is the wii. I HATE FPS on xbox or ps3, garbage controls.

I bet they'll still make everybody buy $160 worth of expensive peripherals to go along with it instead of taking advantage of the Wii remote. When are we going to get a drumming game that utilizes the Wii remote?

You couldn't make it more obvious that you've never seen the Wii version of Guitar Hero. The guitar just simply plugs into the Wiimote. One set of batteries.

You're right, but if you've seen how watered-down the game is on Wii, it's pathetic. There's no excuse for the stuff they got rid of. They even downgraded the "YOU ROCK!" text. How sad is that?

I'd like to believe that, but reducing polygon count is as easy as one click, if you've ever used a 3D modeling application. I don't think they're cutting corners to give more time to development of Wii DLC. I don't think they give that much of a s**t.

The Rock Band for the Wii console is probably the worst game I've purchased for this system yet. Not only does it not come combatable with the GHIII guitar but character creation , loggin online, earning money, and traveling to different cities have been tossed out due to the "Jump-the-gun" attitude of the creators. I give this game a -1 because it's horrible, don't waste your money or your time with this.
