youtube.com — Robert Bennett On XM's POTUS '08: Why McCain Was Exonerated in the Keating-5 matter. There were 4 dems indicted; they pulled in McCain because he attended meeting!! He had no involvement in the money matters that the others were indicted of. McCain was exonerated.

But, but, but...Resko! But, but, but...Ayers! But, but, but...Wright!Try as they might...the Keating Five is the biggest smear they have on McCain. And that's seriously weak sauce.

Yeah, Mr. Bennett spoke pretty highly of McCain - called him a man of great integrity, and Bennett is a democrat who was in on the investigation!

A Democrat who was actually doing some of the investigation. He recommended they drop the investigation on McCain because there was no evidence, but the other Democrat investigators wouldn't have it because that would leave 4 democrats getting investigated and they wanted at least one Republican in there...

This is a ridiculous charge. Senator John Glenn, also one of the Keating 5, is an Obama adviser and surrogate. If Obama is so outraged by McCain's name being linked to the Keating 5, he needs to take a look in his own house.
