word, i'm sure drudge likes the story because it makes both of them look stupid. i wasn't implying that the story was written by diggers, just that the digg caption was in line with the obama fever around here. i can see now that there are others among us that aren't swept up in the hysteria. there just seems to be a huge following/cult around him and it's well represented up in here.
No because he was seriously crazy. He pissed off his own base here. Republicans didn't even vote for him. He lost by a 43%, because he was not involved in getting the people of Chicago involved enough in his campaign, most of it was rushed and seemed last minute. It seemed as if he moved in the day before just to run here, people didn't respect him because he didn't respect the people here, making highly immoral and offensive statements that scared away the religious vote as well. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/5654128/He would say things like: ?We as human beings cannot assert that our sexual desires cannot be controlled,? Keyes said. He said such a claim would ?consign us to the realm of instinctual animal nature ? and we are not there.?WTF does that have to do with anything going on in Chicago?? He's not preaching to the South here, we don't eat that bulls**t stuff up. Everyone here already knows that using Religion as a politcal tool can be effective, but we're not stupid as to it's effects. Normally if you want to garner votes from loyalists who never question authority, and are quick to doubt claims against their chosen candidate, supporting with blind faith. Chicago also voted for Mc Cain as well in the primaries, but he doesn't talk about his religion all the time...The issues concerning Keyes' economic policies if he had any, were hardly relevant during his campaign and he spent most of his time yelling into the camera about how we all have to follow the teachings of his religion or we're [insert slanderous remark here] and stuff. You can't just go an ostracize people of the same party and or even same religious beliefs by spewing so much nonsense and forcing it on people in the political realm. He was notorious for talking smack. That's all he did, smack talk and bring up how we're all sinners because we don't practice his religion, didn't even bother reaching out to his own party.. In fact he offended both parties here..I might be biased against Republicans because they've mostly been rich racist old farts who never cared about anyone other than the country club hills crowd, lately I'm starting to see change with some of the politicians who grew up during the civil rights era and stuff like that, they much more easier to like than their predecessors, but there's still some room for improvement. When Republicans are in power or run the country, they don't stop handing out welfare.Or we could spend a Trillion dollars on war again? Or we can waste money on super expensive office supplies...What could we do with the money that the "personally responsible" folks have spent? s**t with all that money your party spent, you could've gotten everyone off of welfare. Seriously maybe Republicans had some sound economic ideas before, which I can't believe I'm saying, but I haven't seen none of that since that Neo-Con took office. You guys spend so much money, and you're talking to me about personal responsibility? Have you not noticed what's been going on with our economy? Clinton fixed and f**kd up some things, but he surely put our economy at least back on the right track, and then bam Bush just ruined it all.. Seriously, you should just chill with that whole welfare thing.I've known some people that collected it, and they were Republicans. Just because they vote for the white guy they like most doesn't mean they don't collect welfare.
Islam is not a race. So it is not "racist" to be against Islam.Islam is a belief system. It is perfectly okay to discriminate against people for their beliefs. In fact, that's what a Presidential campaign is for.
The real story is that a scumbag like Drudge started a rumor and you are all stupid enough to believe it is true. Drudge makes his living starting rumors.
Most of you people on this blog are naive. Why do you fail to acknowledge the things Obama has done? America doesn't know ANYTHING about this man. The media has been quick to jump all over Hillary, and while the super-delegates prepare to make their decision in August at the National Convention, the media continues to safeguard Obama from the recent events that have happened. What about the Rezko case? What about Rev. Jeremiah Wright, who wed and baptized his children, saying horrible things about the country. Obama continues to attend this church, and he of course is affiliated with the reverends rhetoric. If you don't like the country reverend, get the hell out! Why does he continue to preach about World War II, and racism. We've grown leaps and bounds since segregation, and heck, we have a black man running for President! I'm glad that Ferraro didn't apologize for the comments she made about Obama. Hillary has been getting the short end of the stick, even though she has the experience, and is a fighter. If Obama wanted to knock her out of the water, then he should have won Ohio and Texas. What you people fail to realize is that Obama will not win the majority of the states that he has won in the primary; McCain will. Utah, for example, will not be won by either Hillary or Obama, it's republican territory. As a college student, who's educated, I'm surprised with the amount of college students that are supporting this guy. College students in particular have accepted the notion, that he's "a different face in Washington," without paying any attention to who, and WHAT he actually is. The Latino vote in particular will swing the election, and McCain is above Obama by miles in that statistic. Hillary, on the other hand, has the upper-hand on McCain. It's almost as though this election has become a reverse racism deal. The majority of black people are voting for Obama BECAUSE he is black. Look at the results in Mississippi especially. So, while comments will be made like "f**k Hillary" she is the ONLY one that can get this country on track. I look forward to our first female president, especially as more bad judgments about Obama are brought to light. Madam President...has a nice ring to it!!!
