mediamatters.org — Right-wing media figures forwarded the accusation, originally published on the website InsightMag.com, that Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-NY) was responsible for spreading information about Sen. Barack Obama (D-IL) -- specifically, that Obama "spent at least four years in a so-called Madrassa or Muslim seminary, in Indonesia."

This is my prayer: "Dear God, Please let Hillary run for president. I hate her so much. Her running will mean victory for Republicans because she is a Class A jerk and inspires every Conservative / Republican / Normal Human to vote against her and donate to our cause. Her winning the Democratic nomination will mean victory for us! I ask this in Jesus name. Amen."

The reason why Fox News plays this up is because it gives their small minded viewers something to chew on. And the Republicans are notorious for this type of s**t. They use bulls**t polarizing issues like Gay marriage amendments, abortion, etc. and yet do nothing about them. And they never will, because as long as they are out there. The Republicans can use it to energize their base.Funny thing, here on Digg a couple of days ago, there was a digg on how Fox was talking about Obama and the madrasas. Now Fox News is trying to pin it on Hillary Clinton, even though they admit that Hillary has nothing to do with this. Fox News is pathetic and desperate to create conflict among Democrats. The problem that they have is that your average Democrat isn't like your simple minded Fox News viewer. This s**t may work on their viewers but Democrats see right through this s**t. All that is going to happen is that their sheep will re-puking their claims.A sheep will always be a sheep.Fox News should changer their name to the Hoax News Channel.

@hiscityFirst, Ted Haggard was brought up because he is a huge Republican donor. He also publicly denounced homosexuality and abortion. Yet, it turns out he is a drug addict as well as a closet homosexual.Second, just because a person has a different interpretation of the Bible than you does not mean they are not a Christian. That means they have a different interpretation of the text. The fact is that if all Christian churches were the same there would not be more than one denomination. When you stop with your holier-than-thou attitude, you to may one day be a Christian. Until then, keep casting those stones.

These people are sick. I believe the American people see right through this BS. We are so tired of these smear campaigns, we just want someone who will be for the people someone who's looking out for us... Sen Obama is that person. He wants to bring us all together and fix this s**t storm the politicians from the past and especially the present has gotten us in. No more partisanship its killing us. If we don't put a real American in office soon, someone who understands cultures of other nations we will become the enemy of all those nations. OBAMA 08

Although I have no respect whatsoever for Fox Right-Wing News, I wouldn't be the least bit suprised if Sen. Hillary Clinton is trying to dig up information on Obama's Muslim past to smear him. Clinton has a long, sad history of being anti-Muslim and anti-Islamic. She has made repeated negative statements against Muslims and the religion of Islam, most of which are not well founded and are based on emotion and personal bigotry rather than facts. She knows very little about Muslims and Islam yet hates us enough to refuse campaign contributions from us. (Although she accepts them from people who have ties to the militant Israeli far right.) Although Obama's father was a Muslim and he went to a madrasa, he is not a Muslim himself, and even if he was, that does not mean he is a terrorist/extremist (as Clinton believes ALL Muslims are), nor does make him a bad choice to hold the office of the Executive of the United States of America. I don't believe Obama will win the nomination and defininately not the Presidency. The US is still has severe race relations problems and is probably not ready yet for a Black president. (Much less a Muslim president.) However, he is a bright, well-educated, articulate politician who is familiar with Muslims and Islamic culture, and could possibly heal the bitter relations that have developed between America and the Muslim world because of President Bush's Crusade against Islam. There are nearly 7 million Muslims living in the United States today. Nearly half of that are AMERICAN born converts like myself. We are a people without a voice, living in a nation where neither Republicans nor Democrats want to have anything to with us, and where conservatives and liberals alike see us as terrorists/extremists, see our religion as a Satanic religion, and want us all out of this country that many of us were born in, have roots in, and call home. We need politicians who give a damn about ALL Americans, not just those with whom they agree. If Hillary becomes President, it will just another 4 years of George W. Bush for Muslims here and abroad. We need a change. Perhaps, if people can overcome their racial and religious animosities, Obama can be that change.
