I hope he recovers, Top Gear is one of the best shows out there because of the three hosts. The next season of Top Gear is not going to be the same...

What you said k4zz4m, I was in a, what I think is horrific crash, but not as horrific as Hammonds, I still went and got myself a license to drive, but my husband, he suffered a broken femur, which wont be the same again, but has still managed to drive. Now, knowing how much Richard loves his cars and the speed, I think he won't stop driving, although, I'm not 100% sure on that, but hopefully, he will make a miraculous recovery and get back to what he loves most.Get well soon Richard x
